How do I place a Sales Order?

Online Sales Ordering
As you browse our site, you can add the available items you like to your shopping cart. When you are ready, click on your shopping cart icon and follow the instructions to complete your order.
You will need to provide online your main details in order to complete your order. This will allow your order to be quickly and easily processed. Premier Batteries will not use this information for any other purposes except processing and completing your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email, and Premier Batteries will process your order and contact you within around 72 hours in regards to your order. All prices listed on this website exclude GST and are in Australian dollars. Online shopping is only available to customers within Australia.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
The Premier Batteries Shopping Cart uses the certified SecurePay Online Payment Gateway.
SecurePay encrypts all transaction details before sending them across the internet, so the details of the message cannot be seen by anyone except SecurePay's Payment Server.
Alternatively, online shoppers without a credit card or PayPal can order online and once order is ready can pay upon pick up direct from Premier Batteries at Unit 9/15 Childs Road Chipping Norton NSW 2170.
Online Order Delivery and Shipping
You will be able to choose your preferred method during the checkout process as to whether you wish to choose delivery or warehouse pick up. All orders are delivered by courier or Australia Post.
Your delivery cost will be displayed at checkout, before you complete your order, and is charged to your credit card upon submitting your order.
To the extent permitted by law, Premier Batteries does not accept any liability for the goods ordered and/or any loss or damage incurred by any person in relation your order once it has been received by the courier or Australia Post for delivery to you.
We suggest that you have your order delivered to an address where someone will be present during business hours. If the delivery address is unattended, our couriers and Australia Post are authorised to leave the goods at that address.
Orders cannot be delivered to post office boxes or postal lockers.
Remote Location Delivery
If you live in a remote location, under certain circumstances the courier company may deliver to a recognised collection point or depot in the nearest main town. Many of our remote customers prefer this option to having the order delivered to their door - if so, please leave us a note in the comments of your order with specific delivery instructions.
Online shopping is only available to customers within Australia.
We welcome product, sales and customer manufacturing enquires from overseas, please contact Premier Batteries via our online Contact Us form or direct to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the possibility of supply.
Pick up - Click & Collect
Once your online order is ready for collection you can pick up direct from Premier Batteries at Unit 9/15 Childs Road Chipping Norton NSW 2170.
Returns and Refunds
Customers can return faulty goods to Premier Batteries with their receipt, within the Warranty period for repair, replacement or refund along with a written description of fault / problem and contact details.
